At Monique Morrison Automation, we strive to provide high-quality services, digital products, memberships, group coaching, and workshops. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds are available and how to request them.
1. Services
If you engage our services (consulting, strategy sessions, custom system builds, or other professional services) and decide you no longer wish to continue, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds will be issued minus any billable work already completed and any third-party costs incurred on your behalf.
To request a refund, please email [email protected] with your purchase details and reason for cancellation.
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
2. Digital Products
Digital products (downloads, online courses, e-books, templates) are non-refundable.
All sales of digital products are final.
3. Memberships & Group Coaching Programs
Memberships and group coaching programs are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase if you can demonstrate that you actively participated and followed the program process.
After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.

4. Events & Workshops
Tickets for workshops or events can be refunded within 72 hours of purchase.
Tickets are transferable to another person. To request a name change, email [email protected] with the original purchaser's details and the new attendee’s information.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations after 72 hours.
5. Trial Offers
Certain programs, such as Automate & Elevate, offer a 30-day trial period for $30. After the trial period, standard refund policies apply.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
7. Exceptions
The following items are non-refundable under any circumstances:
Digital products (downloads, courses, templates)
One-on-one coaching sessions
Services after the 30-day period (except as outlined above)
