Systems without strategy are just expensive tools.
I always start with the business goal — the revenue target, the bottleneck, the growth lever — before I touch a single piece of software. The tech should serve the strategy, never drive it.
After 15 years building businesses, exiting an agency, and coaching hundreds of entrepreneurs — I kept arriving at the same conclusion. Most people don't have a strategy problem. They have an infrastructure problem. The backend systems, the AI tools, the custom apps that turn a good business into one that actually scales. That's what I build. And that's what I teach.
I started in marketing — the creative, scrappy, figure-it-out-as-you-go kind. Over 11 years running Jeronamo Solutions, I helped hundreds of business owners grow. But I also watched them — and myself — get buried in the backend. Too many tools, too much manual work, no real operating rhythm.
When I exited the agency in 2022, I had a choice: keep doing what I'd always done, or build the thing I'd always wished existed. I chose to build. The Automate & Elevate framework came from that — a structured, repeatable way to give entrepreneurs the same infrastructure that enterprise companies run on, without the enterprise budget or team.
Today I run four businesses on the exact systems I teach. And I build custom AI-powered apps — Command Centres — for businesses that are ready to stop forcing their operations into software that was never designed for them. I'm not a strategist who talks about building. I'm a founder who actually does it.
That's the difference. And that's why it works.
I always start with the business goal — the revenue target, the bottleneck, the growth lever — before I touch a single piece of software. The tech should serve the strategy, never drive it.
I build for real humans in real businesses — not for demos or decks. If it's too complicated to run without me in the room, it's not done yet. Simplicity is the goal, not the compromise.
Every system I build keeps the human experience at its center — for the business owner and their clients. Technology should create more space for connection, not less.

The things I do outside of work aren't separate from who I am at work — they're where a lot of the clarity, creativity, and perspective come from.
Music has always been one of my creative anchors. There's something about learning a song — the patience, the repetition, the moment it finally clicks — that mirrors exactly how I approach building systems. Both require trusting the process.
Getting out on a trail is where I do some of my best thinking. There's a pace to hiking that forces you to slow down, be present, and trust the path — even when you can't see what's ahead. I've found a lot of business clarity out there.
I run sound baths and enjoy energy work. Metaphysics aren't separate from my business life — they're part of how I stay grounded, trust my intuition, and notice what's in and out of alignment.
"The systems I build are as much about creating space as they are about saving time. Space to think, to lead, to live. That's what I want for every client — and it's what I'm always working toward for myself."

Now that you know a bit more about who I am and how I think — here's where we go from here.
